Point Microsoft reward

Dans Microsoft reward ça dit que j'ai le droit des point pour l'achat de 'minecraft Xbox one édition' 'farcry 5' 'guacamelee' et pour l'achat d'une Xbox one x, j'ai acheté
c'est jeu et une console Xbox one x et je n'est pas le point crédité. Sur mon compte.

Que dois-je faire est ce que j'ai loupé quelque chose ??

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

Will VIP gems be monetized if they are not redeemed by the time the program closes?

Remember that points are rewarded in 96 hours...

So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support

96 hours was how long it took for rewards credits to show pending in the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program does not work the same way. Also, Xbox support does not handle either program.
