    Next time I'll put /sarcasm/ so folks like Hassassinade get it.



    And Hassassinade -- unless you're aware of Microsoft's internal process and/or work as part of the XBL maintenance team, you have no idea if they were simply 'aware' of the problem and did not start fixing it until office hours resumed, or paged out an on-call
    engineer, or have shifted staff 24x7 that actually fixes problems. Sure, you can have 24x7 monitoring for issues; but emergency recovery or action to resolve issues doesn't always happen around the clock; even for a worldwide service like XBL.

    A system problem. If you go to billing.microsoft.com, the "Points" option normally found in the upper left is not even listed.
