    Hello,

    i have more than 9000 Points, there is no button for the transfer on the rewards site; also they do not move to my account automaticly.

    Can you please fix this and that rewards will be moved to my account automaticly again!

    my problem is with the GAMES WITH GOLD, they are suppose to be free!!!! not need microsfot poinst or money on the credict card!!!

    and stil I click CONFIRM TO DOWNLOAD AS FREE and get the same error msg

    Points not converting

    I requested for my points to be converted early about a month ago and I never got any money on my account. I’m currently waiting for my 14,000 points to be converted for this month, but I never got the money from the last month. Where did my points go?

    Poinst are not converted to money for my account

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled
    to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    If you still need assistance, you would want to post in the support section of this forum.

    I could be wrong but I believe the US Store will only accept $ amounts. However, if you have the money in your Paypal account, then you can convert it to $ within paypal itself...I used to frequently receive money in US $ which I then converted into UK £ in Paypal before transferring on to my bank
