Hey there,

Follow these steps for all Microsoft subscriptions and trial subscriptions, including Xbox Live and Office 365.

• You may cancel a subscription and get a refund within 30 days of purchase, or within 30 days of initial purchase for a recurring subscription.
  
  • Go to Services & subscriptions.
    You might be asked to sign in.
  • Find the subscription and select Payment & billing > Cancel. If
    you don't see your subscription, make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account for that subscription.
  • Select Confirm cancellation. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
• If it's been fewer than 30 days since you bought the subscription and you don't see the
  option to cancel, try the following:
  
  • Check if another Microsoft subscription is past due. If so, you must pay the balance before you can cancel the subscription. For more info, go to Pay
    for a past-due Microsoft subscription.
  • Check if your subscription is prepaid by checking when it expires. You'll see Paid with
    prepaidcard next to the expiration date if the subscription is prepaid. If it is
    prepaid, it'll end on the expiration date and you don't need to do anything else. You can't cancel or turn off recurring billing for prepaid subscriptions.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issues with a trial for Ultimate. Have you had Ultimate before, as the trials are usually for new subscribers. If continue to have issues, we recommend to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
