Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. I would suggest checking on the

active subscriptions on your account and of course the
Order History to confirm everything went through successfully.

If you have the transaction and the subscription go ahead and try to
Removing your account and then Adding it back on the console. This should resync your data and apply the subscription fully.

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the
