Здравствуйте, Списали денежные средства с привязаной к аккаунт у карты в размере 1399 18.11.18, а на аккаунте в журнале покупок в такую дату и такой суммы нет, и пишет что имеется задолженность по подписке xbox LIVE gold, помогите разобраться.

Problem with gold

This account is associated with my microsoft acc. When i go to subscriptions page this acc - i see next information:

In english:

order history of the Microsoft account can help determine if any payments were not made for a subscription. If there is a month which does not have a charge for Xbox Live, we can conclude that a payment was not made for the subscription. In order for us
to discover why the payment did not go through, we recommend contacting the
Xbox Support Team so they may investigate the overdue payment. We will provide steps on how to contact the support team. Be sure to let us know the results!
