Всем привет! При подключении XBOX one S к монитру LG 23EA через HDMI или с помощью переходника DVI нет изображения. При подключении к монитору другого девайса по HDMI - изображение есть. Сброс делал. По ТВ все ОК. Спасибо!

Доброе утро! Снова все сделал как описано в рекомендациях по монитор сначала думает, а потом пишет что нет сигнала HDMI. В настройках консоли выбирал подключение и через HDMI и автоматически, результат тот же. Подключал через переходник HDMI to DVI тоже
самое происходит.Подключаю android PC -монитор изображени показывает.

Thank you for keeping us updated. You stated that you completed a reset. Does this mean the console was factory reset or power cycled? Does this issue occur with other devices that connect via HDMI to the LG 23EA? We are asking to find out if the HDMI port
on that monitor is having a problem. The best test to find out if the console or HDMI cable is the problem is to connect the console to a different monitor. Since that has been completed, we can determine that the Xbox and HDMI cable are not what is causing

Добрый вечер! Консоль включил держа нажатой кнопку не менее 5 секунд, потом нажал одновременно кнопку вынуть диск и кнопку включениия консоли, держал пока не услишал характерный звук. Но монитор сначала темный, а потом переходит в режим ожидания и пишет
нет сигнала кабеля. Монитор LG 23EA53VQ имеет разъем HDMI, я подключал к нему другой девайс- мини компьютер на операционной системе андроид и сразу появляется изображение. Также подключал к монитору Самсунг но через переходник HDMI to DVI и тоже ничего не
отображает. Переключаю сразу кабель в телевизор и сразу появилось изображение в минимальном разрешении экрана. Так что все сделано по пошагово инструкции. Кабель рабочий и мониторы рабочие. Сколько смотрел видеороликов про подключение консоли к монитору XBOX
360 и XBOX ONE, то показывают все просто, иногда сбрасывали настройки. Может это только с XBOX VONE S? Может драйверов не хватает? С уважением,

Здравствуйте! Все делал как описано в рекомендациях но

на мониторе экран пустой. Подключаю к ТВ показывает, подключают мини не на андроид через переходник DVI также монитор показывает изображение, подключаю это самый прововод к выходу консоли и изображения на мониторе нет. Получается что монитор и кабель исправны,
а изображение с консоли XBOX ONE S монитор от компьютера не воспроизводит. Также выбирал в настройках консоли DVI. С уважением,

Sorry to hear you are still running into issues. I understand that you are still having issues with the monitor. Just to confirm, When you plug in the console to any other device straight from the HDMI to TV port on the console out to a HDMI port on the
tv/monitor (Not your LG23EA monitor) does this work properly?

If it works on other devices just not on your LG then it could simply be the Monitor that is not detecting the console.
