Hello I bought an Xbox One It came with defect it does not call anymore I opened it to see what it was I did not find anyone can help me?

galera seguinte, se fosse vocês não comprava...a um tempo atraz essa mesma pessoa colocou no forum que vendia jogos por um preço muito mais barato...add essa pesso no msn (o mesmo msn e pessoa que abriu esse tópico)...ai pedi pq do preço tão barato...ele
me disse que tinha fechado a loja dele e tal e queria vender rapido as mercadorias para não sair no prejuizo...e agora é pq ta parando de jogar, comprou um pc...iiiiiii...na minha opnião é truta pessoal...não sei de ninguem que comprou e receber...se alguem

So yea, we don't recommend ever opening the console, however now that you have, you might still have options to get it repaired by us.

I would try either creating a repair order here at
https://support.microsoft.com/devices or maybe getting in contact with Xbox Support at
Contact Us | Xbox Support so that they can outline your options in hopefully getting the console repaired as well.

Give that information a look through and let us know how it helped with resolution of the issue
