PMS|H2O Titanfall Division

Hello!

My name is Randy aka I am apart of the PMS|H2O Clan and Practice Captain of the PMS|H2O Titanfall Division for the Xbox One console.

We've just created our division and we're excited to watch it grow. We extend a recruitment invitation to those who are looking for a solid community to play with.

To give you a bit of history of our clan first:

Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers aka PMS Clan started in 2002 and was built to provide a competitive, fun and positive environment to female gamers. Over time, the clan has grown in terms of numbers
not only in the PMS Clan, but also due to the addition of the H2O Clan, our brother clan.

The difference between our clan and others is that we have an open recruitment. This means no matter your age or skill, you are welcome to join us as long as you’re respectful to your fellow gamer and simply enjoy the game.

However, that doesn’t mean we aren’t competitive. While the clan may seem casual, there are many of us who are competitive and focus on winning at times BUT still making sure we have fun. There are many practices where we focus on strategy, class building,
and callouts.

The above holds true to the PMS|H2O Titanfall division. There are many of us who focus on the win, but we aren’t hard on ourselves if we lose. What matters is making memories and friends.

Currently we have 18 members and we would love to expand and obtain more people. We’re currently in the process of getting everything figured out and settled, but our biggest area of focus at the moment is raising our numbers and making our division inclusive
in the Titanfall Community.

Why should you join our clan?

The biggest issue that many clans face is stability and structure. The PMS|H2O Clan has been doing this for over 10 years and we have system and Chain of Command that has proven to help us survive over the years. What it boils down to is having dedicated members.

On top of that, we have a vast number of divisions you can join. We have Minecraft, LoL, Battlefield, Call of Duty, and many more divisions you can hop into (space permitting) or join if you feel so inclined.

The biggest perk PMS|H2O Clan has to offer is our deep rooted ties to the Gaming Industry. We were founded by “The Twins” Amy Brady and Amber
Dalton, who currently work and Ubisoft and Twitch TV respectively. But it doesn’t stop there! Microsoft, EA, 2K, Activision, Astro Gaming, and so on, we have PMS|H2O Members spread throughout the industry. So if the gaming industry is something you’re
seriously wanting to get into, you’re a stones throw away from people who can give you in depth knowledge of steps you can take to reach your goal.

On top of the above, you have chances to work with major game developers at different events! For an example, this year I was able to work at Bethesda’s booth at PAX East and it was an amazing time helping others demo the game and talking about Wolfenstein.
Then right after that, I was offered a job to work with another developer at E3! I am excited and hope for more opportunities like this in the future.

You sign-up on our forums and post a recruitment application

Our Recruitment Manager, LiquidMetal H2O, will contact you for your Pre-Recruitment Meeting and get you set up. (FYI: New recruits have the choice of recruiting 4 weeks (1 month) making
8 hours each week OR recruiting 8 weeks (2 months) and making 4 hours each week.)

You’ll make hours during our practices and once your recruitment is done, you’ll have a Post-Recruitment Meeting

Barring any circumstances that makes you ineligible to join our clan, you’ll receive membership rights and have access to our member forums.
