    when I was playing cod ghosts leveling up my stats a modder/hacker sent me a message offering me mods and hacks for 10th prestige and everything unlocked and I do not like hackers because they ruine the game and the modders/hackers name is

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    If a user is threatening to hack your account, change your passwords and secret questions for your account.

    -

    If he is kicking you offline, you will need to contact your ISP, or if you have a dynamic IP then you can change your IP by simply resetting your router meaning that the user who keeps DoS'ing your IP cannot DoS it anymore because the IP is not being used
    by you anymore.
