first thing, as long as you don't tell your password nobody can hack your account. It's more then likely a bluff.

The best thing to do is to block and report him via the tools available on the console.

If someone has you're IP address they can do a DoS or DDoS attack which will prevent you from connecting the the internet, if this happens take a look at this link, to get some explanation about it, and what you can do about it.
