My account was banned in 2014 for getting in a modded lobby but my account was hacked and i thought there was no way i could try to tell xbox this so i made a new account i rarely ever used a pc and didnt know the enforcement team can review the case and
i was wondering if i can get them to review the case cause my account was stolen from my xbox via usb from a so called friend and i would love to have it back cause gamerscore was my life i was working on getting it as high as i could i was at 40k my gt was

The enforcement team do not read the forums.They can only be contacted via a case review on the enforcement site

but as you've left it so long & didn't open an unauthorised access case then you would not be able to file for a case review i'm afraid.

This has happened to myself in the past. You need to directly call Xbox Live support.

Contact Microsoft and tell them. Try to figure out when it happened and maybe how it was spent (iOS, mobile phone, Xbox, etc,) and maybe they can track it.
