Plz Help Me

Ive been though 3 systems with almost all the same issues repeating themselves,with all this happening i had to return my xbox one x,and now im left with nothing i have all the servies like xbox live,ea access,and play anywhere i would really like too get
this issue worked on.I was hoping for help with a new system from Microsoft like me testing systems out or something im very upset and i would like to get some help i love xbox but im getting pretty upset about this.my email is [Mod Removed] and im gametag

Some one plz help me... My Xbox just started this thang a couple dayz ago, it'll freeze for like 4 or 5 mins EVERYTIME I hit the Xbox home button. I.have no clue wtf to do someone plz give advice
