Je suis nouveau sur le forum et j'ai un énorme soucis depuis hier avec FH1 et je ne sais vers qui me tourner, je ne sais même pas si je post mon message au bon endroit, mais d'avance je vous remercie pour votre aide. J'ai contacté a plusieurs reprises le
service Xbox et cela sans résultat, a chaque fois ils m'ont renvoyé sur le forum http://forums.forzamotorsport.net/ j'y ai laissé le même message en le traduisant avec Google.



Voila en fait Je me suis inscrit sur votre forum pour en savoir plus sur la raison de mon bannissement, en fait je viens d'acheter le jeu avec le saison pass, Quand j'ai commencé a jouer en multi j'ai vu des joueurs avec des voitures "glow", j'ai trouvé ça
très marrant et j'ai cherché pour en acheter, ensuite j'ai ouvert mon club et j'ai personnalisé mes véhicules avec ces peintures "glow" achetées dans la vitrine de votre jeu.



J'ai remarqué qu'en mettant une de ces voitures dans mon garage on savait les modifier en allant dans précédent pour toutes ses voitures. J'étais loin de me douter que c'était interdit ! Alors comment se fait-il qu'on les laisses vendre dans la vitrine du
jeu ? et qu'on ne m'a pas informé de cela car je n'ai eu aucun avertissement. Si je n'étais pas venu sur votre forum pour me renseigner je n'aurais jamais su qu'elles étaient interdites. En attendant maintenant je suis banni, et pour 20 ans !



Y a-t-il un moyen de récupérer son compte pour le jeu en multi ? si oui comment ? Les joueurs sont dans l'ignorance complète que ce genre de peinture est interdite.



Maintenant je me retrouve avec un nouveau jeu qui ne me sert plus a rien ! Un avertissement aurait-été plus gentil afin d'être informé que ces peintures étaient interdites, et les enlever des vitrines de livrées aurait été encore plus simple, car je n'aurais

J'espère sincèrement que je vais trouver de l'aide car j'adore ce jeu et ça me désole d'être puni pour une chose dont je ne suis pas responsable de plus pour 20 ans sans même avoir reçu un avertissement !
