    every time I try to play one of my games I bought,it says the error code 0x803f9010 and says go to xbox.com/errorhelp i type in the code and says it couldn't find it.

    Hello! thanks for the help. it seems to have done nothing for me :/

    I would like to add that this is solely an xbox game pass issue. I download other games from other platforms pretty dang fast.

    Signing me out and disconnect me from xbox live...

    same with me too, i was playing skyrim and my game crashed. tried to turn off the console, nothing. then took the cord out. put it back in, xbox live had an update and it said i didnt have enough storage for a 190 MB update for xbox live. On BLACKHAWK, i
    have 191 GIGA-BITES. Tried to log into blackhawk, nothing. Tried to downloadn account, error code.

    Or use it wireless with the xbox app on pc . No wires . I use that when I cant get use of my tv lol 1👍🤔
