    Firstly this may be in the wrong place , i apologise if that is the case.

    Recently my parents swapped providers from sky to plusnet ( cheaper and meant to be faster etc ) didn’t think anything of it , just swapping over like wifi on your phone but no...

    We set it up did all the things it said followed suit got round to setting the xbox’s up ; 3 in the household two of them being 360 and last one being xbox one and seemed to notice that the xbox one can connect to xbox live see people on recieve messages
    , party invites etc but if i join a party i am disconnected alongside with i can’t play multiplayer but the 360s cannot connect at all , googled , searched prayed reset things everything we can think of. We’ve done port forwarding , going into our router and
    making specific applications for xbox and the games , tried the xbox guidelines for nat type issues but we are left with the same “cannot get teredo ip” message and so i’m here as a final effort to fix it if not the three xboxs are going to be left to collect

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest checking out our ”I get
    an error message when I run the ‘Test multiplayer connection’ on Xbox One”
    page since this issue has been addressed on there. Also keep in mind the issue might be on the actual Network Hardware not supporting multiple streaming devices. Give it a shot

    Problems With Multiple Xbox One's and Open NAT

    Are you in the US or UK, in the UK i have a standard plusnet router done nothing to it, and don't have any major problems, occasionally have to reset or turn pnp off and on, to fix any nat issues but very rarely.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble partying up with your friends in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 even though your NAT type is OPEN. Do you have issues with other games playing multiplayer
    with friends? If you don't I would recommend contacting the
    Call of Duty Black Ops IIII Community
    and see if there is any more information or if this is a known issue. Let us know with a reply how it goes

    Hi Alonso! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here. Sorry to know about what happened. No worries, we will do our best now to get this sorted out.

    The NAT type is based on your network configuration especially with your router settings. Since you mentioned that you've already reset both your router and Xbox, the best option here is to try switching your network from wired to wireless or if possible, try using a different router. You could also try using your mobile data hotspot to isolate the issue.

    If nothing is working, you would need to configure your router manually using the port forwarding feature.
