plugging my xbox upto my TiVo box

I live in the U.S. and only get 6...

 

Not tried yet will run a test after this

just tried the tivo through the Xbox, bit gutted. Works well shows channels, but all of them! so it's real easy to select programmes you don't have. I am on M+ I think, wish it greyed out unavailable channels. Needs to show more channels too, perhaps a zoom
feature. Can't record, play my shows, see catch up. Needs work, will probably play more tomorrow to check I am not being dumb.

 

Test through xbox comes back with 77.61 up 6.21 down with 130 Ms latency. Very different to the laptop results, that was in morning tho.

Morning test 96.33 down 6.21 up 139ms latency. lol more latency but nearly 20Mb more.

 

mine came back just than at 162 Down 12.50 up and 118MS

do a speedtest to my local server on computer i get same results.just ping is 5 and Ms 18

 

Interesting - you guys have a much better connection for both up and down compared to me, but it would seem that I have a more stable connection regardless. As I said earlier, I only get about 6 down (1 up), but my latency is only about 80ms - I tested this
on the Xbox One & through speedtest.net. Why is it that with my worse connection, mine is more stable than yours?

 

It's not so much a sign of stability, but less jumps to your ISP/Microsoft. I would imagine most of the US have a better latency for that particular test. For example Titanfall which uses west europe sever has a 20ms latency
