plugging my xbox upto my TiVo box

Hello guys i am thinking about plugging my xbox up to my TiVo box (Virgin Media) what cables do i need do i plug my xbox into my tv and my TiVo box into my xbox one and im ready to go?

HDCP issues

Just started having problems with this about a week ago. When my household puts our XBO to sleep and then turn it back on the TV app now shows HDCP errors until I unplug the HdMI cable from my TiVo box to the Xbox and then plug it back in. MS please work
on a fix for this! My wife is going to make me remove the Tivo from our Xbox which would be a huge bummer. My xbox wont receive much use with my TiVo box connected. My setup is as follows:

TiVo Premier XL - Xbox One - Samsung TV.

 

Can't get TV working - Xbox One and Virgin Media Tivo box

I have just tried one more time.
I have gone on my VM Tivo box and ticked all the Video Output, rebooted, then rebooted Xbox One.

Black on screen TV, if I plug my Xbox 360 in that works.
Tried wiggling the HDMI cable at VM Tivo and no change

 

Well, the Xbox One has a pass-through so I imagine it goes like this: TV > Xbox One > TiVo, assuming of course the TiVo works exactly like your typical cable box.

 

yep over 300 HD and normal channels on a TiVo box along with 1TB hard drive space

 

I have my TiVo passing through my X1 and it works great. You simply need 2 HDMI cables.

 

I tried it day one, but was missing the controls etc, simply swapped the HDMI that went to the TV into the back of the Xbox, you can still watch the tivo through it, using the tivo virgin remote. But no voice control etc. Hopefully this new update they announced
will fix all of this

@N7 has your free boost kicked in yet? Virgin just upped mine to 100Mb for free

 

It works great, I've currently got it hooked up and can now use voice with it and see channels in the OneGuide, it also puts my TiVo box into stand by when using "xbox off" which is cool, don't worry your box still records programs like normal in stand by
mode.

 

My net hasn't been boosted yet, where in the UK you at m8?

I feel sad, I don't live in a Virgin area (sounds wrong saying it).

 

Over 300 channels, some repeated in HD alot are +1's, 2 thirds of the channels are kack and not worth watching and you can only watch one channel at a time

i got TiVo box with 500gb storage, most important channels that i would watch including bt sports, telephone, 50MB internet with superhub 2 all for £42 a month

obviously will be complimented with the xbone once the tv integration starts working after 6 months

Just outside manchester, used to have 60Mb and its registering @ about 112Mb (Mega bits, not bytes )

Suits me fine, as my Mrs can watch movies on demand on another TV while I play Titanfall

 

I got told my boost would be august-jan time @f00xm4n. i have every channel on my TiVo ones i watch the most is DAVE for top gear, sky sports, sky sports F1 and sky news
