Plug in my HDMI Cable & In Just Flickers Like Crazy

as the subject says ...

Ive tried another HDMI Cable ... Ive Tried All 3 HDMI Ports On My TV ... Ive Used both ends of the HDMI Cables ... My Settings on my TV Or 720 ... this all started when i tried to by pass the HDMI Cable through an Elgato to live stream .. but for some reason
if i plug the HDMI Cable into another TV ... Works perfectly normal

Faulty HDMI port?

I think the HDMI port on my xbox is screwed up. The same cable works fine with my DVR and my TV, but when I plug it in on my xbox, the screen just flickers. I've tried multiple HDMI cables and nothing works. The standard cables work fine.

 

Flickering issue

Sounds like a bad HDMI cable to me.

Try another cable. If it still flickers with the new cable, set up a repair.

 

do other devices work on your hdmi on that tv?
