    Plug and Play Xbox One

in all honest i'm a loyal Xbox and Xbox related paraphernalia purchaser. However I'd appreciate when purchasing a system of significant value that a plug and play be included in you basic purchase. It seems ridiculous to not include such a necessity to the
gamer when the cost for Microsoft would be minimal not to mention the environmental implications of including non rechargeable batteries in millions of systems sold. Now I know I just ranted about wanting plug and plays included in the Xbox package, I have
to say they are horribly designed and I have had to replace mine three times in the one month I have owned my system. Get on it, design something better. I am currently using the docking station instead of the plug and play but its only a matter of time till
the inevitable moment when fear takes hold as my controller dies during the most pivotal time and I scamper to try to exchange battery packs.

    :)

Believe it or not it is an intended design. the console turns back on with just enough power to continue charging the controller or if you have the continue download while off option turned on enough power to continue downloading something.

There is nothing wrong, unless your console fully turns back on. but if it sorta looks like a low power state everything should be fine.

If you wish for this not to happen there is something you can do. What you do is instead of shutting the console down via the dashboard or guide button...shut it off by pressing the power button on the front of the console.

  3. Xbox Plug and Play

I have had an Xbox slim for about a year and this problem happened on my old Elite before that. What will happen is when I get done playing I want to charge my controller. With the system off and about 10 seconds after I plug it in my xbox then turns itself
on. I don't know anyone else with an Xbox who has the same problem. What is the problem and how can it be fixed.
