plug and play not working properly

Sorry to hear about the Play and Charge issue. Just to make sure we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying a few to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Remove the battery pack from your controller.
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your Console and insert the battery pack into the controller.
  
• Power on your console.
• Try to see if you are able to connect your controller to your console.

Give the suggested steps a shot and let us know if you are successfully able to connect your controller without any issues.

Im having similar problems.

My play & charge will not charge, first fixed with a power cycle, then stopped again after using headset adaptor for turtle beach xo fours, now it wont charge no matter how many times i power cycle, also i sometimes have to re-register the controller via
usb as its just stops working.

I have updated countless times & its still no better.

I find the lack of feedback on the issue from MS. a bit annoying, all i get off most support people is to blame the plug &play kit, but i have had 3 &they all do the same.

I’ve found that if I keep my headset plugged in on charge, then the wireless connection seems to work fine. Going to try it again tonight and hopefully it will work again properly when the headset is off charge too. Otherwise it would appear something needs to be plugged into the usb in order for the wireless to work properly, which doesn’t seem right.

When you first got your play and charge kit, did you plug it in and let it charge uninterrupted without playing for one full charge?

If not, it did not charge properly and will not function properly, suck as losing charge or being unable to charge properly.

I have recently set up remote play for my Xbox Series X on my IPad and my phone. Both, my phone and iPad are up to date and have the latest specs to be able to play on the cloud. I had read that some people were having the same problems as myself; not being able to connect to their iPad or phone at home or in my case, my university wifi. I am now at home and was hoping to connect to my Xbox through my home wifi but now I am unable to. I also unchecked the local networks in my iPad and phone setting but still no luck. Has anyone been able to find a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
