Plug and Play charging kit has stopped charging

If yes, in this case I think that the best option for you is request a replacement for your play and charge kit

Once there select your console > info & support > start order > accessory > follow the on screen instructions

**If maybe you purchased the item from Amazon or other retailer you can use their tool to request a replacement as well

This can be a bit dumb, but may I know if you tried using the charging kit with a different controller to see if that helps?

I only have one controller.

Honestly the play and charge kits always have problems like that. It has to do with mixing and matching different batches/ generation of battery kits with charge kits and controllers. Personally I've stop using the play and charge all together and now primarily
use the charging kit that can charge 2 battery packs at a time. Have yet to have problems with mine and its been 2 years.

Wiggle the connector end at the controller, if its anything like mine, its a poor connector and you have to juggle it a certain way to get it to charge. This is the only piece of xbox one equipment I have been disappointed in.
