    Pls can someone help me out . I recently purchased a charge and play kit to be used on my windows 10 64 bit. When i connect it to my pc, the device manager says unknown device( device descriptor request failed). It also dosent indicate that the controller
    is being charged on the charge kit. Its not charging because after hours of being connected to my pc, when i disconnect the controller, it indicates battery low. this is what i used to confirm that it was never charging. i know its meant to show a red light
    to indicate charging but it dosent. I do not know if its a driver issue but i beg for assistance with this for i would like to make use of my controller.

    How do most of you charge your controllers?

    Quick charge kit, right in front of me as my 360 and my PC shares one monitor. Had 2 play n' charge kits and returned both of them because it's not charging for some reason.

    Ah ok, I was wondering if the actual plug and charge may be broken? as in the actual cable? I only bought a new battery pack around two months ago...

    or a wired controller.

    Is the controller a wireless controller or wired? If it is wireless, how are you connecting it? If by using the play & charge kit, then the Xbox 360 controller will not work, as the cable is only recognized on PC for charging only. You need to use a Xbox
    360 Wireless adapter for PC to connect a wireless Xbox 360 controller to your PC.
