Σήμερα ήρθε ειδοποίηση απο την τραπεζα της μαμας μου οτι χρεωθηκε 7 ευρο για το xbox live χωρις να εχω κανει εγω αυτην την ενεργεια. Επισης στο ιστορικο παραγγελειας δεν φαινεται οτι εχω παρει το xbox live και ΔΕΝ μπορω να βγαλω την καρτα απο το λογαριασμο
μου. Ουσιαστικα ΔΕΝ μπορω μα παιξω online ενω με χρεωσατε 7 ευρο. Θελω τα λεφτα μου ΙΣΩ γιατι αυτην την στιγμη δεν μου χρειαζεται το xbox live. Σας παρακαλω βοηθηστε με

[Translation-Today came a notice from the Bank of my mamas that I was charged 7 euro for Xbox Live without having made this action. Also in background order it does not seem that I have taken Xbox Live and I can NOT get out the card
from my account. I can't play online while you've charged me 7 euro. I want my money BACK because I don't need Xbox Live at the moment. Please help me]

refund request. If you are unable to, I would then get in contact with
customer support at your earliest convenience.
