Plethora of live related issues..

I had my console for about a week and a half. It ran smooth for most of it, played some halo online, neverwinter, having fun. 4 days ago I started having issues tho. "We couldn't get your latest saved data", "DNS Isn't resolving xbox server names", 0x876c0001,
0x80bd0006.. Cant run a network test and MP network tests say "not connected, your network isnt set up". Which it hasn't changed since I originally set up the console. NAT open and all services available is what the console reads. Tried ALL troubleshooting
that the console asked me to do and them some. Soft resets, hard resets, 10second button hold, wtf lol. I can sign into my live account, just can't do anything besides play game offline, no tiles regarding friends pop up, nothing but vanilla. Again, not WiFi
issue. Laptop runs perfect on it and so does this phone. Just looking for answers cause I'm at wits end. I'd try a factory reset but I'm pretty sure I'd lose my digital master chief collection because games aren't stored on the cloud and the code is one time
use. I do have a week left on my Gamestop policy so I could always take it back, assuming the issue doesn't get fixed before then of course. Side note, I've talked to a few other people who have had similar issues and know people who are having no issues what
so ever. So my guess Is that Microsoft released a badbatch of consoles..... Honestly sounds pretty typical tho. The reason why I waited till third generation before getting the 360. Starting to think my faith was missplaced. Anyways, lets stay positive and
get this solved so someone else doesn't feel they are wasting money on a console and xbox live like I am.

your live issues may be related to a dying router. just happened to me.

 

Cannot access Spartan Ops (Halo 4).

I'm not so sure the Live service alert is related to Halo's issues are related. The Live service alert is due to an issue with data stored on Cloud storage, Halo 4's issues are server problems.

DNS server issues aren't on the console, but are on the ISP provider side.

 

False lol. I did a factory reset and every issue I had was resolved, It was console sided. Sorry I forgot to post updates on here as I had 4 other forums to deal with and simply forgot. Be sure you know what your talking about before posting answers tho.
Ya might just lead someone in the wrong direction. Also, can this fix get a sticky or something? I heard of ALOT of people have the same issues and it would be nice to let them know the cure. Also, my master chief collection was still able to download off
the same code, it was tied to my account afterall. So, yay lol. Tell the people!
