PLEASSSE HELP!!

So i have connected my xbox to my pc many times and everything worked great. my power goes out and my computer restarts and now my computer cant find my xbox thus i cannot connect to my computer which i use as my modem to connect to live. i can only us my
computer to get live because i am using my phone as a hot spot and it used to work just fine but now i cant connect? please help i pay for my live so i need to use it no?

I pre-ordered fallout 4 and got my code a week later, but never put it in. I thought it would be safe in my messages but got deleted when the opening screen on xbox changed format. Pleassse help!!!!
