i bought a second hand Xbox one and It wouldn't let me talk in parties or message and I had no idea why i called Microsoft and they lead me here come to find out the Xbox is console banned it came with an account even that account communication banned i
wanted to ask IF YOU GUYS COULD PLEASE GIVE ME A CHANCE.

Account banned on 360 but cant sign in on xbox one

No one here can tell you if it's banned.

If it is then there's nothing you can do,if it's a permanent ban then it will stay banned.

This is one of the risks in buying a pre owned console.

The seller should not of left their account on the console in the first place.

You should return it to the person you bought it from & get your money back.

but to check if your device is console ban there is a link in that site that will check your console: http://xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban

 

not sure if you can look up device ban for xbox one. If it is ban I would return it if you got it from a store
