please work one remote eject disk

Hi

Please work on remote eject disk on a controller if the button of console does not work atleast we have other easy thing use aside from manually eject it on console by turning it off

Argh! The XB1 is so frustrating!

By the way.....there is a way to eject the disc. My Harmony remote has the "eject" function on the list of xbox one commands. I programed it into my remote and it works fine.

Xbox one disk drive problem

I have a problem with my xbox one disk drive. Whenever I try to eject the disk using the eject button, instead of ejecting the disk it starts up the game which is on the disk. If I want to eject a disk I have to unplug the console and use a paperclip to
do it manually. Has anone experienced this problem and are there any solutions? Please let me know

Try ejecting the disk, cancel any install in progress, then initiate the install remotely from the Xbox app on your phone. This seems to be working for me. Here's where I found this suggestion:

I've just had a scout and can't see a way to do it via the software - which might be an idea for the future - but I'd certainly recommend taking it in for a service as it's clearly not right!
