    I've been trying to connect for 5 hours.

    No coins, no tickets another time

    Hello Microsoft,

    what happen with you? About each week, I have to tell you your bingo server doesn't work good. Is anybody who will make maintenance on this server?

    I can't receive coins or ticket with the viewing of pub.

    Is it possible to fix it for a long time please?

    Microsoft Bingo problems since upgrade

    Since the so called upgrade, this game has gotten worse! The game cards are too big, freezes/locks up constantly, hit the bingo button and nothing happens or I get a big X across it when I actually have a bingo, dont get credit for the bingos I do get!!!!
    Loved to play this game but am playing it much less due to the very very poor quality of the game and the programmers. Were they on drugs or drunk when they did the recent upgrades??????

    Losing Xbox live connection when I start a game

    Its same for me but on xbox one. Like every 30 mins i get a message "your conection to xbox live was lost" i even upgraded my router did everything, and this happens on xbox only.

    Asked for Diablo 4 refund because of deal.

    Bingo. I have no problem purchasing it again,but without warning or explanation is a really terrible move on MS.

    The poor online rep had no clue why it happened.. He suggested that I bought Uktinate UPGRADE. I asked him to link me to the Ultimate Upgrade...guess what you can't purchase it



    Microsoft is the world's biggest software company in the world. If I bought the upgrade, then shouldn't I have been unable to play the game?

    I bought mw3 vault edition for my account and my partner bought the vault edition upgrade for her account her xbox series x is my home xbox so why is she not getting the vault edition items

    So this is Activisions way of making more money by making family's buy the vault edition for each account I don't think the content with the vault edition is worth paying an extra $100 to get the base game again so can I refund the upgrade purchased? As it's not worth buying the base game for her account
