Please wait pop up message when starting and app or game

I have recently started using this app again and I am running into the problem of having this message pop-up when I try to use it. I have not waited out the 1 minute. Has anyone figured out how to fix this error?

Is there any sort of error message that pops up when you try and start the game?

No errors were found when troubleshooting and the error message is gone but upon launching it will start the game but freeze as soon as the menus loads, and other times upon launch it will show as a black screen with my cursor showing as the blue loading circle then the crash menu pops up saying the basic "Close app" and "Wait for response". I will try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and possibly that will fix it.

then tried to start a game,

I had a pop up message and installed the exe file and now the app is working.

I have the same problem, when I start Netflix from the main windows, it pops up 80004005 error, but when I go to "my app", then start from there, it works.

another app "Hulu" has the same problem.

please fix it.
