    I don't know who contact, I love Xbox but I'm having problems, my xbox can't install offline update, my xbox internal storage got damage and I had to replace once replaced I try to restore my xbox using these instructions.https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update

    I realized can't be installed because my xbox has os version 10.0.25398.3491 which was released February 2024 and OSU1 file is not updated since 2021this is the URL for OSU1 file: https://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu1
