Please unenroll me immediately

Last night I enrolled for the Preview program thinking it would be cool. The enrollment went through earlier today. It ended up completely screwing up the DLC for Destiny, in that I can't use ANY of it even though I have ALL of it. I tried unenrolling but
I'm told it will take 72 hours. I was hoping I could get this expedited since I've only been enrolled for like 2 hours. Just seems stupid to have to wait three days to turn off something I had for two hours. Gamertag TimmysBathroom

I don't know if it helps but I recently changed the gamertag today. It used to be

Unenroll Preview Program immediately

Hey Forumula -

If you've already requested to be disenrolled from the program, you can always >>factory
reset<< your Xbox One console back to full factory defaults. The console will eventually be removed from the program.

I just unenrolled from the Preview program and status is UnenrollPending. I have to sell the Xbox one tomorrow, Can you force unenroll immediately? My gamertag is

When you unenroll you won't immediately be opted out. It can take a few weeks, but keep an eye out!

gds1972 - We ensured for this process and customer that the console is removed immediately. If we had simply unenrolled it, it would have waited. Genie should have no more updates until they are released to public.

If not wanting to participate in the preview program anymore you can use the preview dashboard app to unenroll yourself from the program.

Just start the app, go to registrations and change the status of your console there.

Please be aware that your unenrolling will be pending until the current wave gets public as you cannot be released during a rolling wave. So once the October preview is rolled out finally you will then be unenrolled from the preview program.
