    so my brother when im at guitar lessons plays on my xbox and he gets me banned i coud deal with it but ive had enough he sends bad words to my friends and radom people so can you please unban me or whatever and do it to his account

    someone on black ops had invited me to a 15th pristige lobby and as soon i got in the lobby. i saw the guys was hacking i back out off the looby and blocked commuications with him. i dont know why i was the one who got banned from xbox live. i was mad
    as soon as i heard i was banned/ i was really of thinking of switching to ps3 but i am a fan of playing halo so im still playing 360. i had my 360for2years and i really cant buy a new one

    i have posted in support multiple times and they just delete my posts and plus ive recieved multiple messages from people asking for the same thing and i never see any of them get banned and in all my posts ive said i wont do it again.if microsoft are able
    to monitor my messages cant they just unban me and make sure im not doing anything wrong and if i get perm banned again i wont bother trying to get my account unbanned so can i just get another chance please

    The only people that handle enforcement actions is the enforcement team they do not follow these forums and ONLY handle suspensions on their website enforcement.xbox.com

    When you go there and sign in with your account there would be an orange hammer on the main page that you would click on and it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible you can file for a case review which will allow you to
    appeal your suspension and the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    Keep this in mind YOU are responsible for your account at all times.

    you may want to look into locking down your account so that your brother does not have access to your account.

    Bans and suspensions dont happen right away. They happen after an investigation. As such they can sometimes take weeks or even longer to occur.

    You would have been suspended for something done weeks ago or longer. Getting spam reported does nothing if you have done nothing wrong. In fact the person filing false reports would get banned.

    That being said if you believe the suspension was in error then you can file for a case review (if eligible). No one else on the forums or customer support can help bans/suspensions.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
