Can't Purchase

I have been trying to purchase a game and add points to my account for two days. I have PayPal and another form of payment on my account. Everytime time I try to make a purchase, I get the same message, " Your payment instrument could not be authorized.
Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option." There are no error codes or anything showing up...just this, "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option." Please help!

Has your card expired?

Log into Sign in to your Microsoft account and make sure that all your billing information is correct and up-to-date, then try again.

I can't pre order call of duty black ops 3 digital deluxe edition I confirm the payment it's telling me use a different way to pay

 

In this case you would need to contact support for then to take a look at the billing side of the account and see if there might be something preventing you from making the purchase.

However if they would be able to see any cause of that happening you would need to contact your payment provider.
