If I was account sharing with another Xbox live user and they have no longer access to there xbox and I set my new xbox to home would that reset my account sharing with another user?

The error code 0x80070057 is an update error. To better assist you with your concern, please clarify the following information:

• Are you only getting this error code on Forza Horizon 3?
• On which device are you playing the game?
• What exactly were you doing on the game when you receive the code?
• Are logged in to your account online?

I have tried the above from advice from the support site.

With me having a new xbox I have only just signed into this new xbox and redownloaded all my apps and games.

I have fully reset my old xbox and still having issues.

If you were game sharing on a different console and you set the Home console to your Xbox One then this will replace your Home Console from the other console and set it up to your Xbox One. Keep in mind that you can only have 1 Home console at a time so
if you ever make the switch to one Xbox then it will remove it from the other.

Go ahead and try setting up your Xbox One as your
Home console. Once you have set up the home console, log into a different account and then try to launch your games through the second account.

This is not to say you will simply have to play the games through the second account this is only to test and see if this could be account related.

Give this a try and let us know if there is any changes.
