    Trying to download the Fifa 15 demo. When trying to download the word 'Queued' and 'Installing....' flash about 3 times until 3 'Installation Stopped' messages flag up. There are also another 6 of my games doing the exact same thing!!

    Any help would be great, I have tried the full system restart and unplugging the router at the same time but it does not work!

    Someone had done too?

    when i try sign in my profile appear a subtitle(sorry that did not work for some reason 0x80070002). The affected account is GAMERZALAN11

    Hi there.

    Could someone please help. My console will not let my profile sign in.

    There are several accounts on my unit and they all sign in okay.

    Message is:

    PLEASE TRY AGAIN

    SORRY, THAT DID NOT WORK FOR SOME REASON. (0X80070002)

    I just keep getting the same error message. Wouldn't mind, but mine is the primary account on here.

    Xbox One X: Error 0x80070002 when launching 360 games

    The problem is not downloading your profile its the fact that no backwards compatible games will even start on the Xbox one X, it pops up with the same message “Please try again, Sorry that didn’t work for some reason (0x80070002).

    For disc based games, a message of "This game is not playable here. For a list of all.." etc, etc. I rechecked the list, and the games I try are listed as compatible. (0x8082000c)

    For the downloaded games, I click on it, and I get "Please Try again. Sorry, that did not work for some reason." (0x80070002) This happens even after deleting the game and reinstalling it.
