Yesterday when I got home I had this message and it won't let me sign in but I got through once and it said sign in through controller controller.please help

It is happening on my main account with over 100 hours on it so I'm using my 360 account

For some reason my Xbox doesn't work

I keep getting this error code 0x80070002 behind a black screen where the home screen should be and it give me this exact message please try again for more info please check out Xbox.com/error help and enter the following code 0x80070002 but whenever I
search of this code says please try again

May I suggest that you try deleting and
re-add your account/profile back to your Xbox to see if that corrects the login problems.

The problem is not downloading your profile its the fact that no backwards compatible games will even start on the Xbox one X, it pops up with the same message “Please try again, Sorry that didn’t work for some reason (0x80070002).

For disc based games, a message of "This game is not playable here. For a list of all.." etc, etc. I rechecked the list, and the games I try are listed as compatible. (0x8082000c)

For the downloaded games, I click on it, and I get "Please Try again. Sorry, that did not work for some reason." (0x80070002) This happens even after deleting the game and reinstalling it.
