please this is an emergency!!!!

i need help asap i am so angry right now its not funny. i have left more than one msg here and nobody has replied to help. i went to my rewards account to see how many credits i have and there was a msg telling me to update my payment and billing info but
all my info is fine and correct. this all seemed to start at about the same time microsoft rewards took over bing rewards. i have since preordered quite a few games and they are notr registering in the my missions section of my rewards. i have been a rewards
member since 2010 and this is the 1st problem i have had. please fix this asap i really cant take anymore of this its so tiring being angry over this. help help help

If that's the only disc that gives you the same issue, the first thing you'd want to do is take it back to the retailer it was purchased from and exchange it.

 

Avatar store broken?

Please help! I messed up the Xbox avatar store. It says "This is all your fault, you are grounded, we will not connect the avatar store, and by treason. Try again tomorrow or never try again." Help, it is an emergency.
