Please tell me how I can continue to play competitive games while Xresolver exists

I play competitive Overwatch at the highest tier and Xresolver has ruined the game. Out of the last 13 games I've played 5 of them had ddosers. I changed my IP but I can't do anything about my teammates having their IPs on the site. I join a game, my teammate
gets ddosed out of the game and I just lose because it's a 5v6. I am begging someone to tell me how I can continue to play this game when this is happening so often. I think team based competitive gaming on Xbox is going to be completely ruined while Xresolver
exists.

Microsoft is getting rid of P2P parties, but the damage is already done. Thousands and thousands of people's IPs are already on the site. There's nothing Blizzard, Microsoft, or anyone else can do to get everyone to change their IPs or remove them from the
site. The only solution I can think of is suing Xresolver and getting the site and service taken down. I feel like forcing people to pay money to not get their IPs handed to ddosers is extortion, but I don't know how well that would hold up in court.

I literally think I might just have to sell my Xbox and save up for a PC because I can no longer have fun playing the game I want to because of this problem.

now it's Rise of Nightmares!! I'm logged in with my profile (offline) and it tells me that no profile is logged in so the game can't be saved!! I can't even continue my previous game! Please, please tell me how to fix this!

I partially feel i should not be posting this for fear of spreading it even more but almost anyone who plays any competitive game already knows about the site Xresolver. Where anyone can go on their phone or whatever they want, look up someones
gamertag and boom there is their IP address and boom goes your internet for 10 minutes. microsoft has got to do something to stop this from happening or the choice between the new xbox and the ps5 is going to be very easy for a lot of people. if anyone knows
how to stop this lmk.

Personally I would rather play a game than watch it, though I will often find myself watching streaming while at work or doing things around the house. I'll have a stream play in the background or on a second monitor. It can be pretty fun watching someone
play a game I don't own or haven't played in a while, or watch people competitively play a game, possibly learn new strategies, marvel at how much better someone is than me (lol)
