    Hello i am just writing this as i have a serious issue with the report system on xbox one let me explain. So i play a game called overwatch, in this game there are 24 characters to play, some of which are considered by the community to be better and worse
    than others. So in this game i play a character that is considered to be worse than others but its my game and I like to play him i don't troll i just play. Becausr i play this character that alot of the community don't like alot of my team will report me
    every game purely for playing that character, i rarely reply to people when they send me hate messages for playing him. But now within one day my reputation has gone from being okay to avoid me so now i cant even play the game, all because i play a character
    that people don't like/:. It would be great if i could get a response

    the censorship is a new thing, so its going to take a little time to get to its best. please let me reassure you that everything you report will be looked into, but it can sometimes take a little longer than you want due to the vast amount of players reporting.

    really sorry you are having to deal with these types of things, please just block the people after reporting to stop them from mailing you again.

    I didn't explain every detail as I've already spent some time trying to sort this out when it should just be straight forward and simple.

    This post is literally to try and get their attention as they've been incredibly unhelpful and their chat system is flaud in so many ways.

    its a flawed system a lot of people are stuck in avoid me with no lifts, and as it appears the reputation & player review system is maintained by bots & not actual people which is why false reports are allowed when reported its not getting investigated its
    automatically chosen penalty without review & it appears no one in xbox employees monitors it or is notified of reports. with 100's of thousands of reports coming in daily its more then likely a bot controlled system. if the reviews were actually looked at
    by a person there wouldn't be so many false report complaints

    offensive or inappropriate GT's or Bio's

    You need to file a report though the dashboard for offensive GT, and it will be put in the que for the enforcement team to review. If no ones files reports on these people, then their accounts will not be looked at. So do your part, and report them, and
    get on with your life.

    It does take time though for the enforcement team to review the GT and make its conclusion if it is in violation or not.
