hello there are alot of people that start arguments on xbox just to get a reaction besting thing to do from now on is just to ignore them there soon stop when they dont get any reply

If you report him he would receive the same treatment. Everyone gets treated the same for breaking T&Cs which makes it fair. There is no side taking in the process. Each case is judged on the merit of the report. Please dont let people bait you. It
makes then the winners.

Best advice I can give is just don't feed the trolls. Just block them, mute them, report them and then go about the rest of your life probably never interacting with them again.

Nothing good comes from responding to people like that, it's not like they are gonna change their ways or admit wrong doing

The first step in this kind of situation, is you sadly. You have to stay cool, polite and friendly at all time. I know it could be hard to handle but no matter the situation, ignore them and just block them or even report. So you will be out of trouble.

People will message you just to get a negative reply to make you say something.

Best thing you can do is just don't respond. Showing them 0 attention will bother them even more then responding.
