I've been banned on my main account I cannot play online multiplayer or talk but I was able to play on a different account for one day and today I just tried playing on it but it seems the ban has affected all of my accounts. NOTE: I DID NOT GET A CONSOLE

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

So I downloaded this Xbox gamer score program. At the time I didn't know what it did, I thought it would add actual games to my account and not achievements. But anyways, I used it and my profile has alot of 0 achievement games. I did not realize that: A. you were not supposed to do this & B. That it would give me a bunch of 0 achievement games. Can someone please help me?!?! I created an account and everything just to post this one thing.
*None of the games I want to remove have achievements... Its just that there are so many (600) that I wanna remove them all at once*

You should be able to recreate the WLID, although I have no idea how this'll effect the account since it is banned. It is how you fix it with active accounts.

Sorry to hear this. As for your second account, it is a violation of the code of conduct to use an alternate account to get around a ban. The enforcement team has a complex monitoring algorithm that looks for alternate accounts and bans them too

Go to the police? Sounds like a serious breach of privacy aswell as attempted theft of your intellectual property..

You have his details, request that the police look into the matter and explain to them you have tried communicating with his parents and have been unsuccessful so far. You are seriously concerned for your personal wellbeing and your family's.

They would only have to pay the guy a 2 minute visit and i bet it doesn't happen again..

That or you and your older brother go pay him a visit some time..

Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the issue and any previous enforcement actions. So getting an enforcement action based on LFG doesn't always result in a permanent ban. If you haven't had suspensions in the past, then it was most likely
permanent because as you said, it looks like you were looking to trade accounts. Whether or not you meant it, things have to be written in a way that can't be mistaken.

But as you've already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

LFG posts are only meant for looking for other gamers to play with. Posting anything other than that will result in a suspension/ban. So whether or not you meant account is not the issue. It's the fact that you were looking for a trade, not someone else
to play the game with.
