Please someone help I got a two week suspension for an accidental purchase

Long and short of it I was playing Smite and I purchased $24.99 worth of Gems, as I clicked purchase nothing happened so I clicked it a few more times in case it was stuck for some reason. Upon doing this I made actually one purchase the other two were declined
by my bank. I called my bank and told them it was me and the purchases were valid and I would just pay them instead of having any sort of problems. Mind you I have been an active Xbox member for 10 years with Gold. After talking to my bank my Xbox one powered
itself off and from that point forward I was banned. I checked enforcement department which is IMPOSSIBLE to contact and they told me I committed marketplace theft. IMPOSSIBLE to commit theft when you indeed are making a purchase if the market place wasn't
so slow there would never have been a mishap. Also keep in mind a day before my ban I spent 60 dollars to buy another one year, every single game I own from the 360 till the One has been digital I've spent thousands and they won't correct this problem. If
someone could please help with any way to contact this department or help me find a solution to this that would be greatly appreciated thank you community!

Suspension not done yet

Two weeks ago my account receive a suspension. Jully 23 was the end of my suspension, but we are the jully 25 and I still can't talk with friend and send messages. Please someone help me. I did my time.

Enforcement

I got suspended two weeks ago for communication and the day after I got suspended for harassment and threat I don’t know how ? Last night the suspension ended but im still getting this ????? Why I don’t have anymore suspensions... please help

Yeah I've done that and they upheld the decision they stated that they did not make the mistake but I have purchase history through Xbox and through my bank that say otherwise. My problem is I can not get in contact with this department period.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Hello Rym,

We removed the picture as it contained content against the Forum guidelines. Not because of anything else. As Leo stated the only place you can take care of this is on the enforcement website. Go there fill out a case review and see what they decide. I will
also be locking this thread as there is nothing else we can do.

Haha I love how fast you removed that picture . Proving how bad xbox enforcement is. It's like you already knew. I can get wrongfully banned. But god forbid someone brings that person and proof front and center. Way to go moderator. I think you just made
my mind up to give up on xbox.
