My situation is as follows. I have permanently banned my account for user complaints with which it has played in opposing teams in the game of gears of war which when losing the game send complaints. I have almost 9 years with the account I am a user who
has always been faithful to renewing their membership gold and bought games of limited editions during all this time from the xbox 360 until now and I am forced to banien for comments since never And inflated no other rule that would be more serious as fraud,
alter the system, or make alterations of this. I ask you please to return in consideration my sansion checking my record and user history where you can see that I have never had problems of any kind until I got to play this game of gears of war 4 that was
about 1 month ago. So that only for that game has proceeded to cancel the account. Also to be recognized that it falls in the provocations of the people who insult me they say bad words to me or they send me messages with insults for which already once they
sansionaron the account to me and of there I do not send messages nor I behaved for what they are Says that they sanction me. I ONLY ASK FOR MY CASE TO BE REVISED as I mention above lines on my hitorial and if necessary a sanction I will take it with clear
taste that is not a sanction as severe or permanent as until now since I consider myself a good

Did not receive Quantum Break PreOrder Codes

I was told from support to post my situation here. I preordered Quantum Break from Xbox.com, but I have not received my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break PC code. Can someone please help me with this? I did receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare code.

You do not get suspended just because someone files a complaint about you.You must of done something against the ToU/CoC in order to be suspended.

Where he talks about how they handle reputation brands is all I get if I like to check it out.

And believe me when I tell you that more than once I have visited all the pages that I have been told if any answer. I just like I repeat I just want to know who is the right person to tell me if you have a solution or not my case

 

The ONLY place to go is the enforcement site & ask for a case review.

No one on the forums or phone/chat support can give you an answer,it has to be done via the enforcement site.

 

Then only in the application of the enforcement page only there can be requested the revision nothing more. And how do you know when the claim is already made or is this request?

 

I have only one more doubt. Same if you are not going to solve my situation I would like you to give me an opportunity to unlink my xbox account with others like ubisoft EA games socialclub rocktargames that are linked to my account and are third since
they do not let me unlink if I can not access and Already dissociating therefore ask to delete my account since there is no case that exists

 

You really think Microsoft cares if you got banned unjustly? **** no lol
