Please Someone at Microsoft Help me!!

I am a disabled veteran and I have found much therapy in playing video games. I know that sounds maybe a little funny to some of you but being able to take my mind off of horrible things and lessen my stress and anxiety playing games has literally been
life saving. However it has been very hard financially because of many reasons. For starters I was talked into upgrading my original xbox one to the xbox one s for the 4k. I was so excited to have a 4k system only to find out that it inst true 4k gaming.
When i brought this up to your twitter representative he said it is 4k and that it is all up scaled. However the Xbox one X is apparently the true 4k gaming experience. So i feel very misinformed and duped on this one by your sales representatives. Next
I also have a kinect which cost me 100 dollars. Only to find out I cant use it on my xbox one s and I also can not get a cable to be able to use it because it is no longer available?!? Lastly I loved the elite controller. However the first ones right bumper
broke removing itself from my controller to reveal the plastic behind the button was broken. Also after only a month of use the button which is engaged from pushing down the left joystick broke as well. I thought hey maybe it was just a defective controller
and bought another one. This controller within a month broke as well the same exact way. So over the cousre of the last year I have spent 400 on the xbox one s (not 4k), 100 on the kinect and 300 on 2 elite controllers. Thats 800 im out and would need
to spend another 650 dollars to get a actual 4k system and elite controller. Thats accepting that the kinect is a lost cause.

Please someone at Microsoft help me. A small discount something!!! I am on a fixed income being a DV and this is literally a therapy to me. Im not looking for free stuff I just need a hand, I'll buy refurbished if I need to but I cant afford all this
again!!

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

So I downloaded this Xbox gamer score program. At the time I didn't know what it did, I thought it would add actual games to my account and not achievements. But anyways, I used it and my profile has alot of 0 achievement games. I did not realize that: A. you were not supposed to do this & B. That it would give me a bunch of 0 achievement games. Can someone please help me?!?! I created an account and everything just to post this one thing.
*None of the games I want to remove have achievements... Its just that there are so many (600) that I wanna remove them all at once*

You should be able to recreate the WLID, although I have no idea how this'll effect the account since it is banned. It is how you fix it with active accounts.

To review the items you posted -

The Xbox One S supports 4k resolution on the home screen and 4k blue-ray discs. It's never been a "4k" gaming console and there weren't any 4k games available until the Xbox One X was released in November 2017.

There's no swap or upgrade path unless you can return it to the store for and buy the Xbox One X for $499.

Since you've had the Xbox One S for the last year, I'm betting the store is not going to give you your money back or provide you with in-store credit.

The Kinect was designed for the Xbox One and the Xbox One S and X do not have the dedicated port and you'd need to purchase the Kinect adapter.

From what I'm reading online, Xbox/Microsoft is not going to continue making the Kinect and the Kinect Adapter.

Xbox Support can help troubleshoot accounts or hardware but they don't have an option to get a Kinect adapter or any option to "upgrade" your Xbox One S to an X and they wouldn't have any "money" to offer you either.

Let them know about your controllers and they might be able to help with an exchange.

Their options are limited and the exchange option, if available, would be where you'd send in your controller and the repair center will send you a new one back.

You'd have to talk with Xbox Support to review the options with the controllers.

These aren't the answers you're looking for but it's most likely what you're looking at as a whole.

Regarding the Xbox One S, ye it is a little annoying that its only up-scaling games to 4K. I cant see Microsoft offering you anything, my only suggestion is seeing if you can trade it in at a game shop and getting the Xbox One X, its a great system and
games really do look much better running on the X.

As for Kinect, ye its a bit annoying that you can no longer buy the adapter from Microsoft, you could try Ebay, but no doubt it will be priced at a premium.

Finally about the Elite Controller, if they both broke after only one month, why not take them back to the shop that you purchased them and get them replaced, sure they have 12 months warranty?
