    hello. I'm traying play gears of war 4 since 10 of 15 days ago and i can't conect with gears servers. I don't know the reason. I was traying with a different count and i wasn't play.

    I was traying to the other way, and i open my profile in other xbox one and yes can possible playing sinc other console.

    Sometimes appears error BELOWED

    I need know if you can help me pleas. I was boight themxbox one only to play Gears of war 4 and to day i can't do it.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    You can clear the local save data to force a check with the servers, but if the file was already overwritten, there's nothing we can do to recover it.

    To do it, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.

    On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they'll still be saved to the cloud.

    Then, power cycle the console.

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
