    I do understand and hear you on this one. I do appreciate that you've been a loyal customer with Xbox. However, We cannot file a case review if the suspension range is for 24 hours only and if the suspension just recently happened

    team reviewed the reports or complaints from other gamers to file the account suspended.

    I, (admittedly stupid) allow my brother to use my Xbox Live account on a regular basis. He has a problem with getting easily hot headed, making him be abusive to other players. He's got be suspended on numerous occasions, but he never learns. This time I'm
    definitely not letting him use my account again. He's told me that he was abusive to someone because he was getting spammed with game invites. I'd like this suspension to be lifted as I have got the first week in January off work and plan on playing online
    with my friends. This suspension disables my game chat feature, which subsequently means I can't talk to friends. I hope you can understand my frustration, I also understand if you are unable to lift this suspension. I'd be massively appreciative if you could
    do so though, however.

    A 24 hrs suspension cannot be reviewed for the simple reason that there is not enough time for that. The chat agent clearly explained you the situation and empathized you through all the conversation. My suggestion would be for you to use this time and get
    to know better the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans of a more severe nature: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    Xbox really are old-fashioned, aren't they? Imagine making the sharing of accounts with a family member against the rules! You'd think Xbox would treat their loyal customers better. So soft nowadays, I never remember Xbox being so harsh back in the Xbox
    360 days. Also, may I add - I was directed here by support staff. So, you're now pretty much telling me Xbox aren't even able to tell me accurate information? It just gets better and better. I bet Sony don't treat their customers so badly. But, I get it.
    You're an ambassador, so anything you say is by the old-fashioned and unfair book. Kudos to Xbox, awesome company.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. It also doesn't matter how the situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates
    the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding.
