Please review my recent ban

Hey, I just received a notice of enforcement and I have no idea why. I have not cussed at anyone, bullied anyone, harassed anyone, or been mean to anyone in general unless they have done it first. But regardless, somehow I ended up banned for it. Now I've
reported at least 6 people in the past 3 weeks that have used racial slurs, cussed at me, even threatened me in real life because I beat them in a game and they are still playing and still not communication blocked but somehow I am and you guys can't tell
me why or how long the ban will even last? I'd really like some help with this because I feel like I am being wronged or someone made a mistake because I've been banned before so i purposely didn't violate coc or tos again and here am, banned again. My gamertag
is '' so someone please help me ive put months of gameplay into this account and over 4000 dollars so I really prefer not to be banned for no reason

my account has been banned and there is no case review on it to reply back can you please fix this , i got banned for my son replying in a message to some kid on my xbox then now my account is banned till tomarrow please fix now...

Well then I guess everyone who’s been getting a ban recently just kinda has to wait it out for the enforcement website to fixed to submit a case review because I know that permanent bans can also have a case review as well.

Hello Julien,

Sorry for the issue with a console ban. You should of got an email notification stating what the ban was about. As mentioned these are handed out with extreme caution. You can try go to Enforcement and file a case review. However console bans may not be
able to review. Have you recently had a communication ban also?
