    I was reported by an individual who harassed me and wished harm on my unborn child I admit to getting mad but I tried to figure out what was going on this all started while I was at work I got home to a party invite I was not expecting to be a ttacked verbally
    nor was I prepared for the threats towards my family, i did not respond to my messages asking what was going on instead he proceeded on making a spectical on mixer of him wipeing my base on ark while continuing to send me invites to his party
    I'm upset that in this situation I was the one who was banned I have no clue for how long I'm unable to play my games or why only I was held responsible for said confrontation when I was not online when he abruptly started blowing up my account I had said
    nothing to warrant his anger nor did I start the whole conflict why was I held accountable for sticking up for myself but this individual is still free to do as he pleases

    So my console was suspended not long ago. About 2 weeks. I was communication banned and could not play multiplayer games online for two weeks due to me saying "If you want to get f***** again let me know." In reference to a game.
    He took advantage of the system and reported it as a real life threat. Now, I served my 2 weeks time for all of this. BUT. There is a secret THIRD communication ban all the way until september 25th on every account on my xbox? This has to be a mistake. Please
    respond asap.

    PLEASE RESPOND AND HELP

    Hi, my account DropOff Kiing had been banned on May 25th until June 7th and the ban was supposedly ended at 11:52 P.M. It is now June 11th and I can play online, but cannot message or talk/hear in parties. The enforcement website shows nothing about me still
    being suspended, I'm totally good according to them. How can I fix this? I've already dealt with the ban that they have given me so this situation is really getting me mad, as it was supposed to be lifted 4 days ago.

    If you have been banned or suspended from Xbox Live, then log in on enforcement.xbox.com and select the ban hammer, from there you will be able to see why you were suspended/banned, and if you can be able to file a case review.

    You will want to report and block players such as this. I am sorry you had this experience, but you will want to take the correct steps to report them, and move forward.

    You can try calling live support at 877-696-7786. Might take awhile to answer but they should be able to help.

    Can you provide some more details on what your attempting to do? Are you hoping to subscribe to Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass? Sign into the service? Additionally if you could provide some of the URLs you're going to in an attempt to accomplish your task

    Have you tried a different browser and verified your payment details. Made sure you have enough to cover taxes, surcharges and any additional fees?

    Sometimes you just have to verify and confirm all your account info before the payment will work.
