Please Respond! Xbox One X and Xbox One S Question!

So, I recently purchased an Xbox One S, but I see some upcoming games that are designed to make use of the graphical capabilities of the Xbox One X, such as Assassin's Creed Origins. Would I simply experience slightly slower frame rates, no 4K quality, and
longer load times if I played an "Xbox One X game" on the One S, or would the gameplay be choppy, load times excruciatingly long, and poor graphics? I want to get these new games, but I'm not ready for the One X, not when I just got the One. Thanks in advance!!!

Can I use keyboard and mouse?

I verified that you can use the keyboard in fortnite from xbox one (no s or x) however when you connect a mouse it does not respond

The games will work fine on any version of the One, they'll just look better on the One X.

Yep, basically they said that all of those games would have an update for the Xbox One X that would enhance the visuals, load times, and in some cases frame rate but if you're not on the new system then you won't notice anything. You'll still have a great
looking and great playing game so no worries ! =)

Be very careful when making your purchase not to buy the Series S/X version of the game, this version is only compatible with the latest generation consoles. The version of the game Hogwarts for Xbox One can be played on Series S and Series X consoles, but you won't have the same graphics as the exclusive version for Series S and Series X consoles.
